About Saiku Historical Museum 

Welcome to Saiku Historical Museum!
Our museum was established in the corner of remains of Saiku in 1989.
Saiku was the palace of the Saio.
Saio was the sacred princess, served for Ise-Jingu.
Since 1970 we have excavated the Saiku ruins, and have studied ancient documents .
Our museum shows the results of research about Saiku.
We hope you enjoy this site and the archaeological site Saiku.
